I've known Ken for close to 30 years. I had his shop do some work for me a couple of months ago, and I experienced a problem yesterday related to that work. I contacted Ken and brought my vehicle to him this morning. He stepped up, admitted this problem should not have occurred, did the repair, had it ready at the end of the day. Prompt attention and speedy service. Honest assessment, so none of those "extras" that some other places in Spokane try to sneak on your bill, especially as a woman, that means the world to me. Ken is also a really nice guy too.
